LAND HOLDINGS
The Land Holdings Group is known in Ghana for the sale, development and management of commercial and industrial estates for the past 20 years. Land Holdings Group is the primary developers and managers of Ghana’s Industrial Free Zones enclave; the Tema Free Zones Enclave (TFZE) and our flagship industrial park; the Dawa Industrial Zone (DIZ). The Land Holdings Group is made up of Octoglow, International Land Development Company (ILDC) and Dawa City Limited.
Octoglow owns and manages 500 acres of land within the Tema Free Zone Enclave (both industrial lands and facility management). Octoglow lands is occupied by international companies such as Agility, Bunge Loders, CIMAF, Toyota Manufacturing Ghana, Mega Warehouse, 3F Ghana Limited, etc.
International Land Development Company (ILDC) developed and manages the first phase of Land Holdings industrial park project on a 200-Acres industrial land within the Tema Free Zones Enclave, its lands are occupied by blue-chip companies such as Cargill, Barry Callebaut, Wilmar, Chocomac, etc.
Dawa City Limited is the largest private special economic zone developer and is into the sale, development and management of industrial land within Dawa Industrial Zone (DIZ). Dawa Industrial Zone (DIZ) is a 2,000 acres industrial park located on the Tema-Aflao road within the Greater Accra region. Dawa Industrial Zone is a one-stop-shop special economic zone for all things that pertains to setting up industries. The zone boasts of world class amenities such as a 132 MVA substation, asphalted road network, sewage systems, fast fiber optic internet, etc.
