The Land Holdings Group is known in Ghana for the development and management of commercial and industrial real estate properties for the past 25 years. A substantial portion of the Tema Free Zones Enclave, currently the largest industrial park in Ghana, is Developed and managed by the Land Holdings Group. The Land holdings group is made up of Octoglow, International Land Development Company and Dawa City Limited.
- Octoglow controls 800 acres of land, representing 45% of the total land within the Tema Free Zone Enclave (both industrial lands and facility management) and is sanctioned to develop the Tema Free Zone Enclave for industrial use.
- International Land Development Company (ILDC), the first and oldest free zone industrial developer in Ghana controls 200 acres of land within the Tema Free Zone Enclave. Its lands, occupied to full capacity by global brands like Cargill & Barry Callebaut.
- Dawa City Limited the largest private developer in Ghana controls over 2,000 acres of land on the Tema-Aflao road; the company manages the largest industrial park in the country and has the mandate to build a city around the Dawa Industrial Zone to accommodate workers as well as for industrial use. DCL controls a combined 2,700 acres of industrial land in Dawa.
