Purpose

Assist in growing the customer base of LMI Logistics group

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Team in ensuring 100% capacity utilization of IWC warehouse units by joining in targeted marketing and business development drive.
  • Assist with IWC commercial market intelligence and analysis efforts; build and ensure constant update of existing database.
  • Follow leads, prospect, network, develop referrals to close sale whiles maintaining an updated sales pipeline.
  • Monitor lease expirations, negotiate and finalize renewals.
  • Assist with ensuring that all commercial opportunities are being clearly identified and pursued.
  • Research customers’ needs and the development of new products, develop and negotiate new business opportunities from existing and new clients.
  • To forge relationships beyond immediate account portfolio with key influencers to gather market and commercial intelligence.

  • Excellent knowledge of Freight Forwarding Industry (Air, Sea, and Road)
  • Excellent Customer-facing and interaction skills
  • Excellent Presentation, Facilitation, and training skills

Qualifications/Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Freight forwarding and Warehousing Industry.
  • University degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration
  • Strong business to business sales records.
  • Strong and demonstrated lobbying abilities.
