Kojo Aduhene is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LMI Holdings with 27 years’ post qualification experience in the construction industry. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from Leeds University. After his university education, he worked on a number of prestigious projects in the UK, including the Channel Tunnel, which links mainland UK to continental Europe and the Docklands, a hugely successful urban rejuvenation development.
He returned to Ghana in 1991 to set up his own company, John Murphy Construction, which has developed into what can arguably be described as one of the largest Civil Engineering, Property and Utility Conglomerates in Ghana- LMI Holdings. His passion is teaching, and his driving ambition is to make AFRICA RISING a reality.

Annabelle joined LMI Holdings in 2012. She holds a BSc. degree in Business Administration - Banking and Finance and a MSc. degree in Operations Management, Logistics and Accounting.
She is a certified strategic auditor (CSA) & master professional auditor (MPA). She is also a member and fellow of the Global Academy of Finance and Management (GAFM) and an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Chain.
Annabelle has over 15 years working experience. Her professional background spans across customer service, telemarketing, inventory and warehouse management, finance, accounts, treasury, operational audit, and operations management.
Annabelle is a Corporate Executive and the Business Coordinator for LMI Holdings Limited. She assists to coordinate the Group’s strategy execution and business operations for timely monitoring and business information gathering for necessary interventions. She was appointed as an Executive Director of LMI Holdings in August 2021 and is the first female to be appointed as a board member of LMI Holdings.
Annabelle has a passion for teaching and process improvement. Her driving ambition is to equip herself with the requisite skills needed to contribute to the socio-economic development of her community, country, continent, and the world at large.

Mr. Albert Essien is a retired banker and the former Chief Executive Officer of Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI) where he spent 25 years rising through the ranks to become Group CEO in March 2014. Prior to becoming Group CEO, Mr. Essien served as Deputy CEO and Executive Director for Corporate and Investment Banking for 2 years. Mr. Essien had previously led ETIs operations in Anglophone West Africa (excluding Nigeria), Eastern and Southern Africa. He is widely credited with the growth of the Ecobank brand in these markets.
Mr. Essien started his banking career in 1986 with the National Investment Bank (NIB) in Accra, Ghana and joined the Corporate Banking Department of Ecobank Ghana in 1990.
Albert Essien holds a degree in Economics from the University of Ghana and is an alumnus of the Executive Development Programme of INSEAD (France/Singapore).
He is also an honorary fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana. Mr. Essien joined the LMI Board in May 2012.

Mr. Ockan is a Chartered Accountant by profession holding a current position as Managing Consultant and CEO at Quantum Consult. His past working experience and positions are Managing Director at MAN Diesel (MBG) Ghana Limited, Country Finance Director at Mantrac (Caterpillar) Ghana Ltd, Financial Controller at SCOA Ghana Ltd, Area Finance Manager (Anglophone West Africa) at AT & T / NCR Ghana Ltd, Finance Analyst at Philips Petroleum Ltd (UK) and a past president of the Rotary Club of Accra West.
His passion is to mentor the youth on empowerment. Serving on several boards such as Midwest Construction, Ghana-German Economic Council and Mawums Ghana, he brings on board a vast knowledge in finance. He joined the Board of LMI in 2017 as a non-Executive member.

Janice Aduhene joined the Board of LMI Holdings as a Non-Executive Director, bringing with her a strong academic foundation and international exposure. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University and has been recognized for academic excellence, including earning a place on the Dean’s List in 2018. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
Her professional journey reflects a blend of healthcare, engineering, and business management, with experience ranging from volunteering in pediatric healthcare in Accra to studying advanced courses in control systems, renewable energy, electronics, and software design. Janice has cultivated a global network of professional connections.
Janice is deeply passionate about community development, healthcare access, and renewable energy adaptation, and her ambition is to leverage her skills and global exposure to contribute meaningfully to the socio-economic development of Ghana, Africa, and the wider world.

Ms Nancy Dakwa Ampofo serves as Chairperson of the Board of the State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA) and is a respected legal practitioner with over 40 years of experience at the Ghana Bar. As a Notary Public, Solicitor, and Barrister, she founded and manages N. D. Ampofo Associates, a leading law firm specializing in corporate and commercial law, property and real estate, construction law, employment relations, and ICT law. She holds an LLM in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Ghana.
She has held key leadership roles, including Chairperson of the Ghana National Service Scheme and Board Member of ADB BANK PLC (formerly known as Agricultural Development Bank), SIC INSURANCE PLC (formerly known as SIC Insurance Company Ltd), a member of Ghana Communication Technology University Appeals Board and the Legal Service Board. As a longstanding member of the Ghana Bar Association, she has served as National Treasurer and contributed to its disciplinary and legal committees.
She is driven by a genuine passion for human rights and access to justice, particularly for women and the unrepresented. Throughout her career she has provided pro bono legal representation to underrepresented clients, championing equality before the law. She is deeply invested in the wellbeing of her clients and the organizations on whose Boards she serves. She believes that strong institutions are a sine qua non and she brings that conviction to everything she does. Her career demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence, integrity, and public service, bringing significant expertise and leadership to the LMI Holdings Board.
