Kojo Aduhene is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LMI Holdings with 27 years’ post qualification experience in the construction industry. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from Leeds University.
After his university education, he worked on a number of prestigious projects in the UK, including the Channel Tunnel, which links mainland UK to continental Europe and the Docklands, a hugely successful urban rejuvenation development.
He returned to Ghana in 1991 to set up his own company, John Murphy Construction, which has developed into what can arguably be described as one of the largest Civil Engineering, Property and Utility Conglomerates in Ghana- LMI Holdings. His passion is teaching, and his driving ambition is to make AFRICA RISING a reality.

Annabelle joined LMI Holdings in 2012. She holds a BSc. degree in Business Administration - Banking and Finance and a MSc. degree in Operations Management, Logistics and Accounting.
She is a certified strategic auditor (CSA) & master professional auditor (MPA). She is also a member and fellow of the Global Academy of Finance and Management (GAFM) and an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Chain.
Annabelle has over 15 years working experience. Her professional background spans across customer service, telemarketing, inventory and warehouse management, finance, accounts, treasury, operational audit, and operations management.
Annabelle assists the CEO to coordinate the Group’s strategy execution and business operations for timely monitoring and business information gathering for necessary interventions.
Annabelle has a passion for teaching and process improvement. Her driving ambition is to equip herself with the requisite skills needed to contribute to the socio-economic development of her community, country, continent, and the world at large.
Annabelle is currently the Business Coordinator of LMI Holdings.

Lilly holds an MSC in Strategic Management and BBA Business Administration -HRM option awarded by the Association of Business Executives (ABE) – UK.
Lilly is an experienced and well-exposed Human Resources professional with over eleven (11) years of experience working across multicultural organizations in the development and deployment of strategic HR interventions, spanning performance management, talent acquisition and development, leadership development and employee engagement. Lilly is currently LMI Holdings Group Head of Human Resources.

He holds a BSc in Real Estate from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of the People, USA, as well as an Executive Mini MBA in Leadership and Management from Accra Business School, Ghana. Kofi is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Ghana and UK, and a Realtor accredited by the National Association of Realtor (NAR).
He is also a board member of the Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association. Kofi in 2019, was a recipient of the 40 under 40 award in the Real Estate and Development category. Kofi has amassed extensive experience in the real estate and general management, showcasing his expertise in leadership, strategy, business development, and administration.
Over the years, he has excelled in roles that required overseeing legal compliance, managing budgets, and executing strategic plans. Kofi was the General Manager for John Murphy Construction, where his dedication, commitment, and strong leadership skills enabled him to consistently deliver outstanding results and drive company growth.
Kofi is the Managing Director of LMI Homes.

Emmanuel holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the Catholic University of Mercia (UCAM) – Spain, a postgraduate extended Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Cambridge International Qualification (CIQ) – UK, a BSc. In Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Ghana (Pentecost University College), a Customs Proficiency Certificate from Ghana Revenue Authorities and qualifications in Shipping Management, Export Management, Clearing and Forwarding from the Institute of Commercial Management, London (ICM) – UK, among others.
Emmanuel is a certified Supply Chain Management professional by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) – UK and a dynamic leader with about twenty (20) years of all-around Supply Chain Leadership experience in local and international corporations, excelling in ocean, inland and air freight transportation services, including warehousing in the shipping, mining and oil and gas industry. Emmanuel is the Managing Director of LMI Logistics.

Nishanth is an accomplished technical professional, who brings a wealth of expertise to our organization with Eighteen (18) years of experience in various industries. His areas of specialization include Factory and Plant Management, Manufacturing, and Heavy Steel Fabrication, among others.
Throughout his career, he has consistently optimized procedures, driven operational excellence, and achieved remarkable results. Nishanth holds a B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from C.V.SR College of Engineering Hyderabad. Additionally, he is certified in 3D modeling, CNC programming, and ISO standards, showcasing his commitment to staying updated with industry advancements.
Nishanth is the General Manager of Mckenzie Brown Engineering.
